Licensed to Grill is one half of our unique catering company based in Banbridge, Northern Ireland, dedicated to providing high quality event catering for any occasion anywhere in Ireland and The UK. Established in 2005 we serve only fresh cut chips, fresh cod battered while you wait, and a range of over 20 exotic steaks served alongside our traditional burgers, pasties, soda’s, etc.
Safari Steak Burgers is the other half of the company providing high output BBQ catering at any event all year round anywhere in Ireland and The UK.
Few can resist the sweet smell of a smoking barbecue and there's nothing quite like the delicious taste of food cooked over flaming charcoal to give your event the ‘WOW’ factor. We have taken this to the next level and now offer 37 different types of gourmet burger; from Crocodile to Zebra we believe we have the largest range of gourmet burgers served from a BBQ anywhere in Ireland & the UK.

The Units We Offer
Safari Steak Burgers: We bring our own marquee, safety & hygiene equipment, refrigeration, etc; all the burgers are freshly cooked on-site over a charcoal BBQ and with environmentally friendly packaging and disposables used as standard we try to do our bit for the environment
We restrict most safari events to a maximum of 6 different burgers to avoid confusion.

Licensed to Grill: Our unit is one of the most distinctive catering units in the country. 13ft high and 21ft long we guarantee to give you an amazing looking unit and a feast your guests will be talking about for years to come. All our chips are freshly made - no frozen, no chilled just proper spuds deep fried the way they should be. Our Cod is battered only when it is ordered. Our pasties are all hand made - no processed rubbish used here. We only use beef burgers with a minimum 97% beef content, and finally if it’s something different you want, our lorry during the summer months serves an extensive range of exotic steaks ranging from kangaroo to ostrich – now there’s something you don’t see every day.
